Happy July 4th to all my American buds!

Well I made it through the day yesterday and it was not too bad. We finally got some rain and although I did not "dance" in it I did walk home from work in it. Oh my goodness it felt GREAT. However the cooler temps although temporary did make me sleepy and hungry so last night was a challenge not to overeat. Somehow managed to stay below my RDI again! :) always a good thing. Not so good was the fact that I got nothing done. Now I regret that big time because today the heat and humidity are returning with a vengence! :( so with that will come the water, and what my roomate calls rabbit food. Ah boys!!
Speaking of boys a couple of my friends are telling me that they are worried that I will get too skinny. Seriously ??? How funny is that too skinny??? What would be too skinny I wonder?? Wish I had the answer to that one! Wish they would understand
that I am not like them and burn more then I eat by simply sitting around and doing squat.
There has also been some kinda weird stuff said at work too. A few of my co-workers do not believe that I weigh as much as I do, I just honestly do not see what they do I guess. Maybe it leads back to something mom used to say "you carry your weight well". I know when I gain it is all over, why can I not lose in this same way??
Oh so many questions are floating around my poor brain. Anybody have any answers?

Thank you for the Fourth of July wishes. You DO carry your weight well - according to your profile picture. Maybe I say that because I am so short. You look tall, lean, long, and statue-esque! Are your friends heavy, average, thin, obese? Sometimes what they say to you in a reflection their own self image. Say. I need to follow my own advice - huh. have a great day - Love ya Kidlet!

Hey W4, I'm not tall! But I do stand a proud 5' 3.75". My friends are off all shapes and sizes, the "boys" however are all tall and somewhat built. luv u 2

Oh my gosh! I guessed you to be about 5'9". These boys. Who knows what they are thinking most of the time. They so often say things that DIFFER from what they are thinking. Sometimes I realize I would not want to get inside their heads to really know. See ya!

If us ladies got inside the average guys head I do believe we find something equivelant to an open field. Well at least with my guy friends I know that to be true.
