I've been all over the place with my progress. I'm always using stress as an excuse. School coming to an end, moving back to NY, vacation to Hawaii and San Diego. The moment I stop recording what I'm eating, it's clear that it almost like giving my self permission to eat and make excuses. Today I'm rededicating myself to my goals.
