Since 20 April I moved over from a gluten free low kJ eating plan to a normal low kJ eating plan which include gluten. I do feel fuller on the normal plan.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.1 lb a week

Not everyone needs to stay away from gluten, it’s mostly for people with celiac disease (hope the spelling is correct) or people with gluten intolerance or thyroid problems.
