Feel better today. Survived shopping yesterday. Got a few ideas of what to get to eat, but was so exhausted can't remember when I got home what I was going to make! But this morning (still stressed) am working again on making a menu plan. Tried to find some things that I can snack on if I start craving sweets! May take forever, but I will succeed! Medicine came in today for healing the esophagus and stomach (and intestines). It's called Phygest. I am excited to see how it does. It is clear, tasteless and a little thick so it is smooth going down. Just what I needed. But you only take 1/2 tsp each morning and night. More good news is: I weighed this morning and I had lost 2 lbs! Yay! Well, I tend to stay the same or gain, it took at least 5 years to lose 10 lbs and keep it off, so I am really excited!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
