40...feels like 34...341am...gooood Friday morning...

Got stitches out yesterday...only took 3 nurses...as always..not everyone could see to find them...or just wanted someone else to handle it...but got them out...

start therapy on shoulder Tuesday at 1pm...saving the tramadol for those sessions...tuesday and Thursday next week...then reset for following week...looking forward to it...but knowing the pain level will be high as well...

after all is said an done...will be an expensive morning ride last friday...

looking forward to meds..i can feel my knees not being as puffy taking the steroids...6 days left on those..then I start on 2 weeks of inflammatory meds....knees are feeling better...easier to get out of recliner...being more tempted to get on recumbent bike and ride a mile or 2...but have been trying to wait on knees to go down more...

grass needs cut...might sneak outside and get on rider after I take pain meds...takes 45 min usually to cut it...might only get front yard cut...have yo wait and see..

60s all next week...getting nice...and I'm restricted to walking...and even that is limited...

Well time to meditate...get my mind in the right place for the day....

65 outside...been out on drive walking back and forth...and up an down strret...bicycle riding...comes to mind...but have to hold off until right shoulder can take it..kbowing my limits...
