So, last week was week #1 of OWL and I lost 2 lbs. Very happy with that. I added nuts and/or seeds on 3 different days. This next week I am adding blue berries and maybe strawberries. Had trouble on a few days last week getting all of my net carbs in....my daughter is having a baby in a couple of weeks and I am her transportation to her doctor appts, so some days are a lot busier than others.
This week I am traveling to Lexington for work for 2 days, but it is very easy to eat out - lots of good choices.
