Last week was one crazy week. Most days, I didn't even get 20 grams of carbs. I am supposed to be getting 30. A couple of days I had hardly no veggies to speak of. I didn't even have time to track my food. My daughter is getting ready to have a c-section in a couple of weeks, lots of doctor visits. I have been planning a baby shower and getting her ready. So, up 1/2 lb. Could just be water, but I certainly haven't felt as good as I did the previous weeks. So, off to the grocery store today to make sure I have plenty of veggies available and I am going to "re-do" this OWL week at 30 carbs and see how that goes.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
