tomorrow im going to see if my doctor will let me run in real quick after zumba so i can see where i am at its been 2 weeks!! I hope i am staying on track... i havent had a cheat meal in so long but i do know i am planning a big day around my 5 year olds 6th birthday my 36th bday and mothers day so probably may 12th! we will have cake and hopefully some chinese food that i miss every day!! lol right now i have some mushrooms with less fat cream cheese egg mixture in the oven with a tiny piece of turkey bacon on top for added flavor sometimes these healthier things seem so close to something bad haha anyhow... i am seriosuly considering challenging myself even further starting monday. clean eating... whole food eating... no processed food of any kind no dairy, lean meats and fresh veggies maybe some fruit.. I have been low carb for 100 days now i wonder if i add fruit will it make me gain?? im nervous but i heard you feel even better with nothing processed and eat nothing but good whole or organic foods. What do you guys think?

You could start with fruits that are on that have a lower impact to blood sugar like raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.
