Ate too many carbs today (25 net carbs) because I didn't have my dinner planned. This trying to stick to Keto is challenging when meals are not planned and calculated ahead of time. I will do better tomorrow.

I'm not doing Keto, but what you said applies to any good diet... if you don't plan ahead, it's so easy to fail. I've found myself floundering for what to eat when my carbs are gone for the day. I don't want to eat junk, which is not good for me, so I end up not eating anything, which is also not good for me.
