I have to be honest with myself...I do NOT have results when I don't track my food on here!!! I just don't!!! And I haven't been tracking for what? Two weeks?? and cheating gets more and more frequent because I'm not writing it down so I don't have to face what I'm eating and how often I'm doing it...so much easier to be in denial!!!!

I catch myself justifying not tracking...but any time I don't want to track I'm on my way to going down hill.

Luckily I'm catching myself right now and now too much later down the road when I've gained a ton.

I'm going to start logging again today...I NEED to lose more by summer I don't have time to waste like this!

I ate a ton of chocolate last night when I made chocolate dipped strawberries and I haven't been working out this week because I've been sick :(. Hoping I'll feel good enough to begin working out again tomorrow but starting the tracking TODAY.

We don't get fat from 1 or 2 bad days...it comes from having those bad eating days OVER and OVER and OVER!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Honestly I can relate!! when it come to tracking all my food I fall real behind!! somehow breakfast is easy and so is lunch!! but dinner?? and after snacks??have to find the right way of doing so!! pre plan my dinner and not stray from it?? but don't feel to bad and if anything count on my support!!! I feel your struggles as if they were my own!!

You got this! Way to get back on track right away, no excuses 🙂. Keep focused and I'm sure you'll loose what you want for summer.

stay strong. re-focus on what you want! be encouraged. you can get back on track just make that U turn and DO IT! oh and get well sOOn. :)
