Having horrible sweet cravings. Ate an Atkins indulge bar and hoping it stops them and not makes them worse! Note to self: stop buying strawberries and eating too many of them. Me thinks that is what's causing the cravings.

what phase are you on atkins?r u allowed strawberries in ur phase? try sugar free jello i love the black cherry but im sure they have strawberries to

Thanks for the suggestion! I am in OWL, on Atkins for 2 months, lost 20 lbs so far, but still have about 50 to go. I realized that the cravings were my fault. Bought a bunch of the strawberries on sale...family loves them. But I ate half a cup at lunch and the same at dinner for two days. I had the carbs in reserve :) but realized it REALLY was a big sweet trigger for me. Lesson Learned!!

Sugar free jello is your friend if you are still in induction. My cravings always get worse when I get near TOM. I mean to the point where I would get considerably grouchy when I could even smell something like a pretzel or popcorn. WHo am I kidding.. I still get that way! :) Grats on the weightloss! I've been on it about 2 months as well and have lost about 20 as well. It's a great diet but it has taught me what a designated driver feels like. lol
