Woke at 209.6, up 3.0 from yesterday as the bulk of the large late dinner sticks with me. Will fast until dinner today with only coffee at work. UPDATE: Came home at 212.6, which shows that all the coffee I drank stayed with me! I only take Lasix on the weekends, and it seems I'm always going to see a bump during the week. Had a good dinner of an omelet with cheese inside and out, some canned salmon, and five cups of broccoli. Got my calories in!
