I drink a cup of hot water with 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar organic every day. Keeps constipation away , cut down on hunger, and helps stomach bloat. It keeps me alkaline which is big in treating my Rheumatoid disease.

yes. i did this faithfully about 2 years ago. i would alternate between that and lemon water every morning. the key is to mix it with enough water so that you can taste it, but not enough that it is overpowering. when i first started doing this, my coworker swore my stomach looked flatter after just two days!!

Thank you all for the information. I just started taking it Saturday and the only real difference I have noticed is that I’ve only had to take Nexium once. I was taking it daily. I clearly haven’t been taking it long enough to see if it really makes a difference but I’ll at least finish the bottle. The brand I have is Heinz organic with “the mother” they didn’t have the braggs at the time. I figured it can’t hurt to try. I appreciate everyone’s input and I will definitely look into the placebo. Thank you all again!

yes I have tried it in the past I usually put a little bit of 100% cranberry juice and with it but you want to drink it with a straw because it wears down the enamel on your teeth I did not drink it long enough to really see any results but I hear it works
