Today is my last day of detox on the Fat Smash diet, and I'm looking forward to my weight-in tomorrow. It has been challenging, even more during the weekend. Also I've gain some energy and feel a little lighter. Can't tell in my clothes yet. Tomorrow I will start the Phase II for three weeks. Taking it one day at a time.
