Left: December 2016. 2xl and around size 20/22 to Easter 2018 size small/medium tops and size 12’s that fit loose. Both are very candid photos. There is such a huge difference in the woman in these photos. Happier and healthier me.

Intetrsting to read your story. My GP also suggested bariatric surgery to me and while I was shocked, I did look into it. But came to the conclusion it was not for me. Started a Keto lifestyle in early March and have seen the best results in anything I've tried in years. I hope I change my life as you have yours. Congrats!
