This is my 3rd time trying to save... actually learning & did a copy. Let's see what happens:

A little better this week since not Easter long weekend but not much. Got lab work done on Thurs, need to review with Dr this week. Also booked trip to San Diego for the Mother's Day weekend. I've seen snow falling since I got up at 5:30am this morning. California sounds really nice. Just submitted vacation request (Fri & Mon) so hopefully goes thru since flights and room booked. Really busy at work so will appreciate so much. Have a good week. I must try harder to be good with my eating. Later.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

What a good idea to book an long weekend away! I hope it will be ok with your job, it sounds like you deserve some rest. And this will be another reason to keep your goal in sight. And it seems you're back to business, you lost one pound and are half way to your goal weight!

Hi mon! I assume that you are speaking about losing your work on a post because of the flakiness of Fatsecret these days? Are you are using Internet Explorer or Safari as your browser? If so, and you have time, you might consider the Firefox or Google Chrome browsers(I *believe* Google Chrome also saves, but take Firefox first) which save the work for you automatically in case you have problems like the one you mention. Just use Google and enter: "Firefox." Click on the first hit and download the browser to install. It shouldn't take a minute and you will find it a better browser all around, far more flexible. If during installation Firefox asks you if you would like it to be your default browser, answer NO for now. That can be reset at any time. It's really very easy to use and expandable only when you choose to do so. You will then have an addtional browser to choose from and nothing in your system will have changed. Let me know if you decide to proceed and/or have questions. I hope your vacation request goes through so you can enjoy your vacation.

Nice plans for Mohter's Day, it was a beautiful day here in BC today!! No Snow...lol as for you eating you can't be too off track so just keep making better choices, you have done so well!! :)
