Really disappointed with weigh in. Went to the gym all week and trained hard. Diet was good but obviously not good enough 😦

I started at the gym this week and didn't lose as much as I have been each week so it must be the exercise 😉 Stick with it; if the eating plan is good, it'll drop :)

I spotted that too, Oljka! Still, I shouldn’t comment since I pigged out at the Chinese Buffet last night and am at the Brazilian Grill tonight. All the best for future losses, Shah!

oljka10-77 oops forgot about that. Seriously though ive spent extra time in the gym to counter act the cake and haven't gone over my calories throughout the week.
