My glucose count is down at last it's been running at 12 to 14 now it's down to 7 to 8. More energy means more exercise, which should mean better weight loss.
193.4 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
