Started Rosemary Conley diet because it as a exercise class attached to the weigh in
191.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Olwyn's own diet   losing 0.1 lb a week
