Finally another 0.5 pounds difference. My weight on my scale always fluctuates by about 1.5 pounds so it had to see 147.5 show up a few times to believe that maybe a little more weight went off. It is excruciatingly slow. I may try a fast for a couple days. I want to make a correction about coconut oil which I think I posted on one of my last posts. Just saw a study where they compared butter, olive oil or coconut oil in the diet and despite coconut oil being higher in saturated fat than butter, it didn't have worse effects on cholesterol etc than butter and some numbers were better. They said something about the kind of fat but I forget what (coconut more laurel something, butter more something else). I think it might have slightly increased weight compared to butter, but by a feather. So good news if you like to cook with coconut oil.... until the next study comes out anyway. I haven't been tracking my food since I am sticking to a pretty routine diet but made a bunch of sweets this weekend, so I should have so I could see the shocking difference on my daily calories, but at least I know that it would be shocking.
