Have not been weighing in or logging in since I kind of got the hang of what to eat or not. I am having a spinach salad with a hard boiled egg and greek olives, some feta cheese and a few other vegys with lemon/olive oil dressing for brunch today. I am doing weights more to gain strength, maybe that's why the scale hasn't budged.... Finally the weather is turning and it's staying light out later so more incentive to get out and walk or work outside. I'll keep checking in with my weight now - it went down to 147.5 one day but that was a trick. I think when it fluctuates down though it could be a sign that the weight will stay down there if I don't do something dumb like eat a bag of Trader Joes Chicago Style popcorn like I did over the weekend....... To be fair to me, I had bought it to put in my son's care package but when it didn't fit, I had to do something with it!
