Ok, this weekend I was kinda bad. I had some alcohol (whiskey) on Friday night and Sunday night. I had it with diet sprite but I still had some. That must be why I am up a pound. It is frustrating. I went running on Sat and Sun and did Pilates on Friday before I went out. And still I gained weight. I am hiding my scale until I weigh in on Sundays. I get so discouraged when I don't lose weight that I want to quit and since I have 30 lbs to lose, I can't do that. Any suggestions on how to kick start the weight loss??

Today's Menu - B - 2 eggs, 1/2 salmon patty
L - Shrimp w/ spinach
D - Chicken Kabobs with artichoke or asparagus...haven't decided yet.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Me too, I had some bottles of lager on Friday and weighed today, not a single pound off and I worked hard for the two weeks and spoilt it for myself. I exercised like mad and went for long walks in the evenings (when it wasn't raining here)so I thought I would do ok........that was my first mistake. Stay positive and I am sure you will lose next week.
