Almost through phase 1. I am on day 12. It is not that hard for me (except for the alcohol) so is it ok if I stay on it for one more week?? I refused to step on the scale today so I don't know how I am doing.

I have cut back on my calorie intake these last couple of days by having small portions but I have really felt tired. Does that mean I am not getting enough calories??

Today's scheduled menu:
B Fake French Toast
S Cheese stick
L Cheesy Beek Bake (small portion)
S Cheese stick
D Parmesan crusted tilapia with asparagus and mashed cauliflower

I did Pilates yesterday and my muscles hurt so bad, I am not doing it today. Thought about taking a 30 min walk after work.

Sure, you can stay on Phase 1 for longer. Especially if your feeling comfortable on it. I stayed on it longer....probably about 6 weeks or so....especially since I was continuing to lose. I think the book just doesnt suggest much longer than 6 weeks. You're doing GREAT! Keep up the hard work ! :)

I think I stayed on Phase 1 for about a month. You are doing a great job. Perhaps you may be exercising too hard and, in combination with the diet, it is making you tired. Being too tired is a sign that you should just take it easy a bit. Keep up the steady progress but don't try to go too fast. Good Luck!
