Just took my measurements. From 12/20/07 till today I have lost 1 1/2 inches on my waist and a little over and inch on my hip. I may not be loosing much weight now but I am loosing inches and to me that counts too. Yeah for me.

Inches DO count. I lost a lot more body fat than weight because I was strength training.

Yeah for you is right! In my opinion the number doesn't count as much as how you feel and how your clothes fit. Congrats on the progress and keep up the good work!!
