29 days since I last signed in?? Holy crapola! I have been so so busy I haven't even thought about coming to sign in. (Don't worry, still mentally keeping track of foods! I'm about 141 lbs right now)

Even though I have a '2 pound' weight gain in the last month, it's DEFINITELY an increase in muscle mass. I think my 'fat storage' has gone down, and my muscle mass has gone up, all thanks to crossfit! I will admit, I haven't been fantastic with eating, but all this wonderful exercise is still making a difference.

Lots going on in the personal life.. doing CF 2x a week (and it's still kicking my ass, and probably always will), volleyball 1x a week, starting a Sunday softball league in July, aaaand the BF is still moving to California. I've got one month left with him before I go out with him to help move, so we're trying to spend as much time together while we can. His best friend got engaged last weekend, and we have two weddings coming up in July to go to. I'm moving into my new place this weekend and next weekend, so I'm trying to start packing up my apartment.

Work has been good, I'm supposed to go down to Florida for a new project, hopefully some time in the next few weeks.

Life is pretty good right now, I just need to slow down and enjoy it for a little while!!

How has everyone else been??!! I'm about to go do some serious journal stalking..

You're back!! Lindsay is right, we were wondering where you went - I think she posted a journal asking where you were recently lol. Glad to hear things are going well. What is it with summers and being super busy?! Sounds like a good kind of busy though :)

we were wondering what was up. i was curious if how that crossfit went. obviously well! packing sucks. make the most of the time with BF before you're a bi-coastal couple. 3 hour time difference.

Just found your post Lindsay! I commented that I have barely even sat down on my own couch for the last three weeks haha I've been away every weekend, working extra every day, and working out after. But I'm back! I need a little more order to my life at the moment. Makes me feel good you guys were worried :)
