I got my bike and went on my first bike ride in at least ten years...I never realized how many hills are in my neighborhood...going down them is fun...but unfortunately, what goes down must come back up!!!

Good for you! I just started riding again too. I'm sidelined with an injury so my bike and I had a very short reunion. Can't wait to bike again. It excites me to see others starting up after a long hiatus. Good luck, great job and keep riding!

Good stuff. I haven't been on the bike in a few years myself and the bike is here waiting for air to be put in the tyres. I really need a riding buddy but the exercise classes and dvds will have to suffice.

Thanks! I went riding twice today, and it's getting easier. I forgot how nice it is to ride a bike!
