Well, I'm back down a pound...feeling a little bit like a yo-yo :) So, my goal today is to continue what I did yesterday...watch what I eat and how much, and exercise, exercise, exercise!
I've already managed to go for one bike ride this morning, after not being able to sleep...I feel better that my first instinct was to work out and not to head for the kitchen and a "snack"...in fact I didn't even think of that option...so Yea!!!
