I did a journal entry this morning with my weight but I'm just sitting here, going over my weight entries from last year when I was thinner...and I wonder how I gained 10 pounds since then. I see that the gain started about the same time I started a new job...sitting all day, 2 days a week, for 12 hours. that, in turn, lead to more days sitting at home because I had gotten used to it. now, I've lost that job (the office closed), and I find myself depressed with nothing to do. but I am not sitting as much. so I guess that's a good thing. I find myself getting bored with Atkins(induction phase) a lot and I'm sure that doesn't help matters. I think between the two, sitting all day with watching what I eat, or being active and eating a lot, I tend to do better with the later choice.
just some random thoughts on a Saturday while I continue thinking about food just after eating. lol !
