😥 I was 176 last week...until I went to the banquet and pigged out on high carb foods x 4days. I'm almost desperate to lose this 30pounds by the summer. I've been trying to since June 2017!!
180.2 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 March 2018:
1290 kcal Fat: 74.11g | Prot: 90.36g | Carb: 30.09g.   Breakfast: Half and Half Cream, Coffee. Lunch: Broccoli, Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Polly-O Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks. Dinner: Dairy Queen Cheeseburger (No Bun). Snacks/Other: Sutter Home Moscato, Atkins French Vanilla Shake, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk. more...
