I'm enjoying exercising, my clothes are fitting better. I even got into a pair of pants I haven't worn in 3 years for Easter. Nice!
I realize that I've got to control the input better if I'm going to make some real progress. The scale says so. I just can't get it to move at all!
It is good to put my hands on my hips and feel muscle there. It inspires me to work out every day and I've even added some extra exercises to my lifting routine, and a little more distance to my running.
One day at a time!
