No weight loss..starting to feel deprived....OK, I'm alright again...my pants feel a little bigger, and I have more energy.
I guess the outcome will be worth the wait.

Don't worry I like to follow the how does my cloths feel on me! idea! Keep working at it And if you feel better and have more energy that should be insentive to stay with it

Are you weighing yourself everyday? Try to weigh yourself less if you are as you can make yourself nuts & weight fluctuates from day to day. You seem to be doing good so just be patient with yourself.

That is happening to me as well. I lost 5 lbs in 8 days and for the last 3 days I've stayed the same. I, too, weigh myself every day. Probably not a good idea. Just keep plugging as anicolet said. You can do it!!! :-)
