I have wonderful news!!! My pants almost fell off today at work! That would have been embarrassing, but, that means I'm getting smaller! YAY!
Oh, and I got through the day of endless hunger staying within my calorie range. It was hard, but I'm glad I got through!

Congrats on almost losing your pants! That is a great feeling, isn't it?! I always use the same pair of pants or clothing as a benchmark to see if I've made progress each week. I keep hoping they will get loose! Eventually they will.

Way to go! That is such a wonderful encouragement when you have tangible evidence of how well you are doing. I can't wait for my pants to fall off!!! LOL. GO RED GO!
