Drink tons of water with mio drops in it. It's electrolytes and magnesium. Works wonders for me.

Be patient with your self! I know the feeling of lethargy. When I have been able to get up and walk a bit I always feel better, but I can't some days do even that. But don't give up! Keep to your eating plan. Keep looking at the labels, some sneaky foods sometimes creep in. But most of all you are going to make it, and until you do we will believe for you! And remember the best exercise in the world is just walking. You can do this:)

I know how you feel. I suffer from seasonal depression and I just can’t leave the house during winter. I started Zumba classes with a work colleague that was really supportive and now dancing is my energy boost. The key is finding an activity that you enjoy and also can do with people that make you feel good. Don’t give up, you can do it 😉

get in proper vitamins/minerals and adequate nutrients, sufficient macronutrients, not too low in calories, proper hydration, and exercise over time will become easier and benefit you as well as aid in better energy levels

Start small and keep growing. I think you'll find exercise will energize you. Getting started is the hard part.
