Marvelous Monday
Good Morning everyone...Today its a 16 hr day at work for me and I'm prepped for the day and ready for it too.
I was going to incorporate Zumba in my early morning schedule by rising at 3am instead of 330a ...well... something about 3a ...I was unable to pull my sleepy self up...that being said..Im planning on doing my zumba when I return home around 1130p
I know that sounds crazy to you...but I need routine and consistency to make it a habit...so that's the plan for me later...I'm usually still going anyway until I calm down....
I have A.D.D. and I'm not a fan of medication especially since its a mild case.. my middle granddaughter has to take meds for it but she does very well with them... so I just wind down instead of taking a pill....many have commented on the amount of energy I have here..
just an fyi to clear things up..its not drug induced...I hate even the idea of taking ibuprofen pills they mess with tummy...so at times I suffer slightly with a headache.
So that being said I'm not a druggie ...
In nursing that would be especially hard to pull off for anyone ..they do random drug testing here and if your called and you don't a prescription for whats in your system...your out...no questions ask...
Just thought Id clear that up....I'm 100% a crazy ball of energy and its just what I have to deal with.
I'm planning on drinking tons of water today to flush my system just because its good for me...
I hope that you all begin today with the mindset that this is a wonderful and a new day in my life... a day that I should really take the time to enjoy...
many hate Mondays...I heard comments already here this morning as I walked into work lol..
turn those thoughts around.. draw a positive energy towards you ... find happiness in your day if Mondays do bother you...
its your day...its your life in this day...truly appreciate it... and enjoy the day you are blessed with.

Well thank you Momma my love... I not sure about favorite .... you see I work with the elderly in a lock down unit ..dementia and behavioral problems but Ive been told they react so differently when I'm here...could be all the delectable bribes I bring to them lol We are just as lucky sweetie to have you too ;)
