Three full days if low carb. I feel like I am carrying around lead weight. I am exhausted!! I know this will pass! I just hope I can be strong while I'm at BamaJam this weekend!!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure you are eating lots of protein and carry protein loaded snacks like string cheese, hard boiled egg, low sodium jerky, etc. protein will keep you full and your energy will come from burned fat instead of sugars! Good luck!

I've found that excess cheese consumption will lead to constipation. Go easy on the cheese. Also focus more on natural fatty foods (i.e. butter, cream, coconut oil, fatty cuts of meat) while at the same time try to avoid refined vegetable oils (i.e. corn, soy, canola, safflower)

Also, the more sweet things you eat the more your appetite will be stimulated.

The low carb "flu" will pass in a little while. To me it was a hard thing to get over. I just kept saying to myself, it will go away and so will the weight. Now I have a bit more energy then I did before atkins. You can do it.

I'm on day 6 of induction on Atkins and feel the same way and have all week. I hope it passes for both of us. :)
