Today I have met my first goal of weighing in at under 160 pounds.I still feel good but I have been having leg cramps something awful, especially at night. I'm not sure what to do about this as it keeps me awake and I have to get up at 4:30 a.m. for work. Atkins seems to be working for me but I am really tired of meat, eggs ,cheese and salads. I have noticed the biggest difference in my mid section which of course makes me... happy! I hope I can do induction a while longer. My next goal is to weigh in below 150 pounds.
