So Excited....
I just did (some) of the Billy Blanks Taebo workout...daughters boyfriend who studied karate...and martial arts had brought me this dvd...we did a workout all 3 of us..
I didn't do most of it but I did participate ..her bf said he was surprised at my stamina ...especially after my injury...he said I had great form and now we are going to work on my strength training together...it will be great for my daughter too who is studying criminal law....
Btw...didn't weigh yesterday doing monthly but did measure body and wanted to report it in my journal ..1.waist when began was... 32.75... its now 29.25....
2. hips when began 39.75 and now hips 36.75 and 3.thigh was 24.25 and now 20.00
Im getting closer to my goal and I don't have to even weigh myself
I just know I'm feeling so much better...appetite is more null... I could take it or leave it...energy is through the roof....and in general I want to strengthen my body now because I feel so good at this time ...its time to move towards the best me ever..
Im keeping these thoughts of euphoria in my mind and lock it down so I can reach for the feeling when my mind wants to chill and not be productive... Having a break through.... don't you just love them?;)

Way to go Maxie! For a person who works 12 hour shifts you are doing exceptionally well! You must be looking pretty good and congrats on the exercise!

Well not always do I work like that sweetie...more 8 hrs than anything on my schedule... I do have 2... 16 hr shifts coming up this week but then a staycation that follows..I know I feel really alive and healthy and to me as I get older...I just want to achieve to be stronger and healthier more than anything now ..I appreciate your support sweetie thank you;)

your so silly girl ..remember now I'm petite so when I'm at where I want to be the measurements will be even lower and I'm not into the boney look at all...lol Your my hero princess ... and the key to all of this is to make it a daily thing not just something you do to tone and stop...I couldn't do but around 10 mins...I'm out of shape but hey got to work on something ..all this idol time of doing nothing when others are busting their backsides ... its time for me to suck it up buttercup...I need to move one way or the other...love and hugs to you my bestie;)

Thank you Mike...I don't think I put that much into it to yet to be sore..we did do some stretching...I was just jumping around with the video and giggling ...I will try again tomorrow... when I'm by myself and can focus more;)

yep more like inner... aarp... golden girl type of wonder woman is calling me ha ha but hey strength is key to me...your an inspiration though sweetie and thank you...we all can be wonder women here well not the men lol they are supermen...well at least in my mind...wheres my head band... and my cape...(IDK) ..better not run around like that now may stir things up with hubby ..and we have company over lol
