Thank you very much. The struggle is real to lose 15lbs lol!! Definitely takes work and dedication to stay on track.

Oh and if you think the struggle is real just losing it, you are in for a shock! The TORTURE is real trying to maintain that loss lol. Just joking (not joking.)

Iā€™m a veteran of Army for 8yrs. Worked out a lot. Once I got out, got kinda lazy. Trying to get back to my military body. So I can only imagine how hard it is to keep it off šŸ˜©
