I'm officially in P3 today, yay, doing the slow calorie ramp up. Bacon and cheese with my eggs, but holding off on HWC in my coffee, keto bread / pizza until next weekend.

YAY!! What was your loss for this round? Do you get the gurgly tummy when you start adding fats? It takes me a good 2 weeks to get past that. BTW I had 1/4 cup white rice with a meal today - testing the P4 waters. We'll see what the scale does tomorrow...

Only 10 lbs, not as much as I wanted but I typically lose a bit more in P3. I was doing 3.0 which allows 30g fats daily, so no problems yet with fats.
I am T2D so white rice is permanently off my list; I substitute cauliflower rice. I find it takes a couple of days after eating carbs for the increase, and a week or 2 to lose it. Everyone's tolerance is different - hopefully your experience is good.
