Finally not morbidly obese...finally broke the 210 mark...In ketosis/small nice pink color...induction 'til 200 maybe 195...going smooth...can't wait to eat a nice pancake breakfast when I hit either 200 or 195...rest day helped, but did the walk today for 35 min...so sore still...hopefully it will go away tomorrow.
