On 1/23/18 I hit 199 for the first time in 5 years I was super excited. Now almost 2 months later I have not dropped below 195 and I hover around 199. Nothing has changed about my diet and my kitchen is so keto friendly I do the diet without a thought. So now the idea is I have to go back to the beginning to what caused that 35 lb drop in the first place. I was preparing for the sleeve surgery and I did the pre-op diet, I stopped drinking, and I started going to the gym 5 days a week. Ok so I know what works and I know I can do it. Its like the nike commercial says aint nothing to it but to do it.
