I wasn't going to post weight today but i have been doing Monday and Thursday so I better keep the trend up. Also my bs for the last week has been under 120 every morning. Better than the 150 to 160 readings. Also bp has went down to normal now without taking the pills Dr prescribed. So as long as it stays down that's one pill down. still have more to go but I KNOW I WILL DO IT!

239.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
