KOA one room Kabins you can do most exercises from Core Synergetics...but there are others (banana roll, bow to boat and superman/banana) that you cannot really do correctly...so u create your own moves to do! Work out done! No weights-forgot to bring them! Getting out to do some exploring today via walking. its a no makeup day. there is no point really... it would all melt south anyway. Oh and George stopped in today too. Hasnt he every heard three's a crowd??? oh well!
