This time change is killing me. I am so tired and have zero energy today. I pushed through 30 minutes on the elliptical and I want to go back to bed. I thought eating this way was supposed to give me more energy 😞 it’s been over 2 months and I’ve lost 18lbs but haven’t had any energy.
I hope everyone has a good Tuesday with more energy than I have haha!
139.4 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

And I slept well last night! I’ve been sleeping better the past two weeks but still no increase in energy

Oh maxie I couldn’t do kickboxing right now even if it meant I could eat all the carbs I want without gaining weight! Haha! I feel weak and so very tired. You enjoy that energy for both of us! Hugs

I don't even know if I can sweetie..are you checking what your eating you may be food sensitive to certain foods... I'm going to come there and nurse you back to a healthier more energetic you....

I wish you could! I think I’d have more pep in my step just from being around you🙂 this time change ALWAYS wreaks havoc with me. And being tired is nothing new as you know. Today just seems extra blah. Maybe it’s the family stress catching up combined with the time change. And it’s grey and ugly outside again which definitely doesn’t help. Like you said, one more week until spring although I think it will arrive much later here. Thank you for caring about me!❤️

You might not want to hear this but a high fat diet might not be for you. We are all different. Eating too much saturated fat really weighs me down and I can't move and I don't feel well. We need fat there is no doubt, we all know this. Nothing stops you from keeping your calorie deficit and trying something different. Life is a lot more fun with energy!

Thank you Charlotte! I might need to try something different but I’ve been losing weight so well with this woe that it’s hard to stop😞 but yes life would be much more fun with energy!

the time change and weather change here wiped me out over the weekend - I finally feel like I am back in the groove today. I am going to the gym tonight so we'll see how that goes. I am not on Keto - but I have to watch my carbs so I work at a consistent carb load through out the day with protein for the pre post work out times.

Time change made my husband upset, but I didnt even feel it this time. I have energy to burn sometimes, but other times I am a slug. It depends on the day, lol, I hope that your able to make it through the day!! I have being exhausted, it feel like every single task is a huge chore. "Cant I just pee on the floor, the bathroom is soooo farrrrr..." haha

Here you can get a laugh at this ...working telling everyone who will listen springs a week away...d.o.n. call the desk back here needs me to do a 12 hr shift...and why I was talking to her looked out the window and its snowing...hard!...now Im feeling less energetic myself....;) And your my gf I will always care a bout you sweetie;)

How long has it been that you had your blood tested? You may be low in potassium or magnesium. I'm not a doctor 😁 but it's happened to me. Do you eat foods high in those nutrients. Avocado and spinach. It's helped me. I hope you gain energy. Feeling tired all the time is miserable.

I was feeling really tired but started adding those electrolyte drops in every bottle of water I drink. It works. Not sure if it is good for the diet but I am losing and it makes me feel so much better. I did however realize that today I am home and exhausted but if I push myself or am at work I feel great.

Haha maxie! That’s funny but kind of sad too. No more snow!!! I’ll be waiting for you to come check on me😉 Jackie, I had regular blood tests in January—all was good. But I don’t know if they checked those levels...I do take magnesium and potassium every day so don’t think it’s that but maybe?? I’ll have to ask next time I go in. Thanks! Deadpool—thanks! why do others on this diet who exercise have energy?? At least that’s what I seem to be hearing. I don’t do crazy amounts of exercise—just elliptical 30 min one day and strength training 30 min the next day.

Thanks YBusch for the input! I’m a stay at home mom and the days I do get out of the house I seem less tired—maybe it’s partly that. I just need to push through it and maybe get out of the house more haha

I feel the same way about the time change!! Some days I feel the same. I hope you get that energy spark. Everyone have a blessed day.

I’m with you , my body is up an hour early and right now could nap. Did my walk around the yard and drive way and have been busy all day.
