2 for Tuesday...
No its not a journal about food ha ha but I'm going to begin a 2 for Tuesday for myself to up my slacking goals on my plan...
1. Today I will drink twice as much water...yesterday my intake was only about half of what I should have so this one wont be so difficult this week.
2. Also committing to twice the amount of time towards exercise ...another easy one this week because my exercise to strengthen is null... but if I continue to focus on the 2 for Tuesday eventually it will become a challenge for me.
Sring officially begins a week from today at 12:15 pm..are you ready for it...I am.

Have a great day! FYI, if it is not too many carbs, Water with cucumber, mint, and lime make a good tasting water drink that is detoxing as well. I make a pitcher and drink about 8 ounces a day.

Wannabe sweetie... if I wasn't up I am now also taking the time to recognize all the wonderful positive energy here on FS and you of course are a leader in my book..I read somewhere when you begin a journey like this one here on FS pick 3 mentors to guide you through you were not picked for this tedious task just because...you are an inspiration and I'm honored to have you as a mentor and my friend too... so thank you for being supportive of me..;)

Great goals!! I need to get to exercising more!! I get home from work and dont want to do anything, I actually went outside for a walk last night and walked around my car twice and came back in. Granted, I drive a Tahoe so its a big car but that was not exactly the walk I was wanting to put in. I am such a bum sometimes!! lol Love your journals!! Keep it up!!

Klynn...hey me too girl lol.... me too...also I just wanted to take time out to thank you for the positive energy sweetie that you project here on FS you are a great cheerleader for us...were you one too? ... I was back in the day... but I wouldn't be able to cut it now a days with all the choreography they due we just did basic cheer lol... your and inspiration and very loved here... keep being the wonderful young lady you are;)

Maxie, I wish I was cheerleader!! I didnt go to a traditional high school, so I never got the chance. I would have loved it, though I was big in high school, so I may not have made the team. haha. Thank you for your kind words!! I just know that I would want people to cheer me on, so I give what I would want right back. I hope that I can help people on their journey. I love being here.

Just getting up and walking anywhere puts a different mindset on things. Way to go. Now think positively that you can make it around two times the Tahoe.
