It's so frustrating following a diet 100% to have a gain. SO I ate my face off last night and counted it towards this weeks weekly points. I know there are going to be gains, but when you are working properly to not gain it sucks so bad. It was only .8 lbs and I know it could be a lot worse. I am thinking it may be time to do another 5 day cleanse or give south beach a whirl again. Maybe a 5 day cleanse and then south beach for two weeks and then ease back to ww which is basically south beach phase two if followed properly.

I know I should be proud. I am down 22 lbs in just under three months, but I still have a long way to go and seeing weight come back when working so hard is frustrating. One thing I have learned is too use my ww scale and weigh all foods. Points in the book are not always accurate.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

maybe you should set smaller goals for yourself like 25 lb goals to help you feel better about what you have done dont be so hard on yourself you have done a great thing

It doesn't matter what diet you do, almost everyone has gains along the weight loss journey. It sucks! You can do everything right and still see a gain. But is it a real gain of fat? You probably retained a little water from salt. You just have to stay the course. One week could be a gain and the next down 3. Losing weight isn't an exact science. Just keep going and don't let those little gains upset you too much (even though it's hard). If you haven't already, google "why the scale lies". It shows many reasons why we gain, when we are doing everything right. You will get there.

Dont get discouraged about a gain! Especially one under a pound.. it could be a lot things. Retaining water, stress at work/school/home. Its ok and its normal! we all have gains. You should see my weight loss chart, it looks like a freakin roller coaster. 22 lbs is awesome! There are slip ups in all areas of our life- friends, family, work, weight loss is no different. Keep doing what youre doing and track track track =) Best of luck and health to you.

You've made so much progress! Little gains of under a pound will be washed off before you know it. :) Your steady downward trend is something to be inspired by. Congrats and best of health to you!
