Wooohoo! Much to my surprise, I am actually DOWN in weight a little. I did not expect that, but I'm happy to see it happening.
I am in my "acceptable range", between 77 and 80 kgs. I'd love to be just below 77, but that's not gonna happen.
Today we're doing a gazillion things. Going to shop for dinner for tonight, as we're having guests over tonight. Wife asked if I'd like her to bake a cake, but I asked her not to. I don't want too many temptations.
Check-in for surgery is this coming friday, and I don't want anything to mess me up.

Sk1nny, I'd have to lose 4.2 kgs or so for a new low, DEFINITELY won't happen for Friday, but as longs as I'm in a good range (which I am already) then it's all good. Besides, if they want to weigh me, there's always the difference from one scale to another, right? :)

WOW - great work! And once you have the surgery, you will lose again, won't you? That seems logical but don"t know that much about your procedure. GOOD LUCK, MAN !!!!
