I decided to make today a "last hurrah" of sorts, having a bunch of foods I haven't been eating since I started my weight loss journey but have been feeling deprived of. Hubs is quitting smoking ( yay chantix! ) and I wanted to quit something with him, so I am quitting junk :D Totally blew my calorie count today, and have a stomach ache, but it was worth it. I should be good for a few more months now lol

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 March 2018:

I did a "last hurrah" last week. I gained 2.8 lbs in 5 days. It wasnt worth it. I hate I did it. Now I get to lose what I had already lost. Ugh..."hurrah". LoL

You’ll be ok, if you’ve been in a deficit the last few weeks your body will benefit from getting in a Refeed day
