Ugh. I fell off the wagon with food, again. Its a horrible addiction and one I just can't seem to walk away from. I love food. But I'm going to give it another go, I need to at least get down under 300 lbs sometime this year.

Love yourself more than food, that will help break the cycle of guilt. BTW, just in case there are any, clear the house of ALL junk food. Blessings going forward.

don’t worry about it even if you did. Half that weight, maybe even all of it is just water weight and other minor factors not relating to body fat. Once you get back on track everything will resume as normal
