Well I feel like a wet rag today. Foodies have been excellent however I am learning quit a lesson about eating all that thin sliced pre-packaged deli meat. Though its low in calories it is certainly not low in salt!
Hence the 1.75 weight gain I showed this morning which is exactly what I lost last week. I have slacked off on my water also so combine salt and minus water and there is a problem Houston.
So today its back to little salt, more water and more
